Cancellation Policy
Bounce House Rental Policy & Safety Agreement At SK Inflatables and More, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review and follow the policies below to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. 1. Adult Supervision Required A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times. Children must be monitored to ensure safe play. Roughhousing, flips, wrestling, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. 2. Capacity & Age Guidelines Follow all posted occupancy and weight limits. Participants should be of similar size and age group while bouncing. Do not exceed the recommended number of riders. 3. Prohibited Items The following items are NOT allowed inside or near inflatable equipment: Shoes Food or drinks Gum or candy Face paint Glitter or confetti Silly string Sharp objects Toys, jewelry, or eyeglasses Pets or animals Face paint and colored powders can permanently stain equipment and will result in cleaning or damage fees. 4. Weather Policy For safety reasons, inflatables cannot operate during: Rain Strong winds (15+ mph) Lightning or thunderstorms Severe weather conditions SK Inflatables and More reserves the right to cancel or shut down equipment due to unsafe weather conditions. 5. Setup Requirements Customer must provide: A clear, flat setup area free of debris, rocks, pet waste, and sharp objects. Adequate space for equipment installation. Access to a standard electrical outlet within 75–100 feet. Equipment must not be moved once installed by our team. 6. Equipment Care The renter assumes responsibility for equipment while in their possession. The following may result in additional fees: Damage caused by misuse or prohibited items Excessive dirt, mud, or staining Burns, tears, or punctures Unauthorized relocation of equipment 7. Safety Shutdown If unsafe behavior or policy violations occur, SK Inflatables and More reserves the right to: Stop operation immediately Remove equipment without refund Safety decisions are final. 8. Power Supply Customer must ensure continuous electrical power. Do not unplug or tamper with blowers or extension cords. Loss of power requires all riders to exit immediately. 9. Cancellation & Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable due to severe weather or approved rescheduling. Same-day cancellations not related to weather may forfeit payment. I agree to all terms.
