Cancellation Policy
Retainer & Payment Term: 50% Non-Refundable Retainer required to secure date. Remaining balance due 7 days before event. Add-ons must be paid in advance. Setup Requirements- client must provide: Adequate indoor or shaded outdoor space. 2 standard electrical outlets (if needed). Clear access for setup. Supervision: Children must remain supervised by parents/guardians at all times. SK's Build A Friend Staff assists with stuffing but is not responsible for child behavior. Damage/Loss: Client is responsible for intentional damage to equipment, display materials, or supplies beyond normal use. Weather Policy: Outdoor events must have a backup indoor plan in case of inclement weather. Sitting arrangements/ tables: SK's Build A Friend does not provide chairs and tables for the kids unless wanting to rent chairs and tables for an additional fee of $60. PHOTOS & MARKETING: We may take photos/videos of setups for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before event. AGREEMENT: Booking with SK’s Build-A-Friend and SK Inflatables and More confirms that you agree to all policies listed above. We are excited to celebrate with you and make your event unforgettable.
